We really liked this grill! Great, fresh selection. Lots of different noodles, meat and veggies to choose from, including the mushrooms so many grills ignore. They also have a really good, flavorful, pre-grill sauce selection and Hoisin is readily available! And everything was grilled just right! Not burnt, but not undercooked either. They also have a couple of pretty good post grill sauces.
The service was good except for when we were waiting for drink refills for so long Kat took matters into her own hands and got us refills. It wasn't clear if it was serve yourself or wait for them for the refills. There were no tea pots and no one was around to get us more hot tea so we jumped up on the table and shouted, "Anarchy!!!". Not really, but we wanted to. Then the waiter guy came out and looked at us funny because Kat had gotten a refill. We couldn't decide if he was being sarcastic or serious about being mad. We choose to go with sarcastic. Then he started putting up chairs (it was about 45 minutes before closing) and making loud comments about how it was closing time.
At some point Kat panicked and made some monstrosity that smelled like a pine air freshener and we deemed it "Pineapple Panic". As long as you don't do that, this is a great grill.
Kat also wants to add that the bathroom was really nice and super clean, a big plus!
We give them a 3 out of 5 bowls. The food was good, and we would eat here again, but the service needs to improve a little for another star!
